In Friuli Venezia Giulia, olive oil production has ancient origins, with evidence dating back to Roman times and even earlier, thanks to the introduction of the olive tree by the Phoenicians and its subsequent diffusion with the Romans.

Our region, thanks to its climatic characteristics and soil, is capable of producing high-quality extra virgin olive oils, with an intense fruitiness and characteristic aromatic notes.
